Dear Customer, Please read this term and condition carefully as we will not entertain people who break our T&C. 1. All Order will be submit or proceed once we receive your FULL PAYMENT after the period has ended. Ex : Period Order 17th Jan 2011 until 28th Jan 2011, Closing date 29th Jan 2011. PERIOD ORDER - for customer to order and make theFULL Payment CLOSING DATE - only FULL PAYMENT will be accepted. Any order on this date we will not entertain.
2. We will not entertain any ORDER after the CLOSING DATE if we did not receive FULL PAYMENT from your side.
3. You may sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed with the order and we will reply back with the INVOICE. Please give us at least 24 hours to reply it back.
4. Once you receive the INVOICE, you may review the PRICE and it's up to you whether you want to REJECT or PROCEED.
5. If you AGREE, you may bank-in the FULL PAYMENT to our BANK ACCOUNT before the CLOSING DATE.
6. Please allow us at least within 1 month for the PRODUCT to arrive and to be deliver to your PREMISE. We will give the Estimate Time after CLOSING DATE.
7. There will be no REFUND after FULL PAYMENT has been made due to i) Delay Production - we will update at our blog/FB/Twitter ii)Delay Shipment - we will update at our blog/FB/Twitter iii)Customer Cancel due to any issue.
8. If Customer still want a REFUND, we will only refund it back only 30% from the FULL PAYMENT as others 70% to cover our lost.
